The 37 Practices of the Bodhisattva

Prior to the Kalachakra Empowerment in Los Angeles, 1989 His Holiness the Dalai Lama spoke for three days on how to become a bodhisattva, one who's aspiration is to attain great awakening for the benefit of all living beings, by practicing the thirty-seven verses set forth by Togme Zangpo, a Sakya scholar of ancient Tibet.

The Precious Garland  

Through the work of the great Indian master Acarya Nagarjuna, His Holiness the Dalai Lama delivers a clear and inspiring commentary on how to incorporate the Buddha's teaching into our daily life. Beginning the second day, His Holiness spent half an hour at the start of each session answering questions from the audience. This teaching was translated by Thubten Jimpa.
